Florida Intercity Trains


  • Florida Cities: Scheduled train service.  Miami-to-NYC route:   Miami, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Okeechobee, Sebring, Winter Haven, Kissimmee, Orlando, Winter Park, Deland, Palate, Jacksonville, northward to Raleigh, NC, Washington, DC, NYC, and points beyond.
  • An offshoot scheduled train service connects Kissimmee, Lakeland, and Tampa, with connecting Amtrak bus service to St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, and Fort Myers.
  • Additional Amtrak bus service connects to Dade City, Wildwood, The Villages, Ocala, Gainesville, and Waldo, and to Daytona Beach.  
  • [Orlando-to-New Orleans route (Discontinued):  Orlando, Winter Park, Deland, Palatka, Jacksonville, Lake City, Madison, Tallahassee, Chipley, Crestview, Pensacola, westward to New Orleans]
  • Beyond Florida:  Via Jacksonville to points north, including Savannah, the Carolinas, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York, and beyond.  [Discontinued:  Via Jacksonville to New Orleans and points north and west.]  Connections to the rest of the U.S.
